Hi there!
We are Clair & Evan, and we are so excited that you are here!
We hope you have looked at our work and made a connection to it. When a couple like you trust us to document and celebrate your love story - well, there’s really no greater compliment.
But first things first! This is a big responsibility. We want to make sure that we are a good fit. So what does that mean?
It means that you’ll be okay with us capturing all the real stuff. That you’ll let us in, to document the perfectly imperfect, the moments that you’re there for and the ones that you miss. We want to capture them all for you. We want to remind you of the giant kiss your dad planted on your cheek when he saw you in the white dress for the first time - even though it was a bit embarrassing. We love your crazy hair - windblown all over your face as you read your vows to one another. We never want you to forget your eighty-something-year old grand getting down on the dance floor. Or those unexpected rain drops streaming down your cheeks with your tears.
The big moments and little ones. We want to capture them all for you.
We want to be more than just your service provider. We want you to feel like as though we are no different to your other guests on the day. We are there to witness and to celebrate the beginning of your biggest adventure together; at the same time we’ll document it with our heart and soul (and quite often, some tears )!
Let’s chat!
p.s. some things you didn’t know about us:
We are crazy dog lovers. We have two fur babies - Mocha, the Jack Russell and Butter, the Staffy. They’re our two crazy little monsters.
We bumped into each other at a badminton court (yes, we know - a tennis court or food court would have been cooler!) about 6 years ago. We got engaged at Hyams Beach on a Monday morning, when there was absolutely no one else around. Now, we have been married for over 5 years and we are still learning something new about each other every 2nd day! ( We wonder - is this good or bad?).
Evan has a giant dimple on the right side of his giant face. We think it's the result of laughing too much, too often; Clair loves spicy food - if there was only one thing that she can take to a desert island, it would be a bottle of chilli source.
