The Big Group Photo!

It was the hottest, windiest January day ever - and close to 40 degrees, but by the time we were getting ready for Peter and Elaine’s wedding ceremony, the storm clouds were rolling in.

When we finished, we had minutes to get the trickiest of all things - a big group shot with absolutely everyone. We knew how much Peter and Elaine love their families and friends. We knew how much they wanted to have one memory captured, including every single guest.

We watched that sky and waited as everybody made their way outside. We knew we had minutes - if that - but we had to try. We got everyone together and almost right on cue came the rain drops. The big, heavy, warning kind that only fall on a hot-day; the kind that tell you that the heavens are about to open, and it will be big.

We called out “let’s get wet!” - got the shot - and then, we ran for it!
